SEASON OF CATCH

A pearl grey, slightly bluish colour, with dots on the dorsal fin, and black on the dorsal and anal fins. A highly compact body.

Head with a rounded profile, firm flesh and very hard skin. Can measure a maximum of 70 centimetres, its more common size being approximately 40 centimetres.

Strong spine on the dorsal fin with dark spots on the line.
